Social networking is the new revolution in communicating with friends, relatives and clients. You can share pics, songs, videos and sites nowadays as if you were a cameraman, a writer, a reporter or a walking machine with every bit of information at your fingertips. This kind of communication came about because of the advent of the Internet which has completely changed the way we communicate and will continue doing so way into the future. It is a social structure made up of nodes that tie people together for common interest, friendship, beliefs and sexual relationships. They operate on different levels and play an important role in helping solve all kinds of social problems and issues around the world. This means of communicating has taken on a greater force and brought about a world-class democracy when it comes to decision making.
Social Networking Can Cause an Effect
The principal focus of social networking is based on ties between individuals and their relationships. It has come to be a very powerful tool in determining how people can get together and cause an effect on rules and regulations in communities, towns, cities and entire nations. There are all kinds of social networking and the trend is growing. Real-time web is at the forefront and Twitter is the leader in providing this kind of service in which users broadcast to the world what they are doing or what is on their minds in a space limited to 140 characters. Facebook focuses on live feed where users upload their activities with photos and videos, displaying things that are sometimes even unspeakable and unimaginable. LinkedIn, MySpace, StumbleUpon, Bebo, delicious, Windows Live Spaces, weRead and Google are some of the more popular ones and each of them caters to their own special field of interest in social networking.
There are a lot of social networks around today. Some of them represent certain regions and communities while others function on a worldwide basis. They have taken the world by storm as more and more people make use of them for business or socializing. They’ve come to mean a lot to all segments of society and will only continue to grow as even religious communities are clinging to them, making good use of them to spread the word of God.

Social networking is not void of thieves, thugs and spammers who do all kinds of dirty work to spread their viruses and cause problems for many a user. However, most of these social networks have rallied back and provided their users with protection.
